Composition : TENILIGLIPTIN 20 MG+ METFORMIN 500 MG

This Medication contains Metformin 500 mg+ Teneligliptin 20 mg.
Metformin belongs to class of medications called anti diabetics. It decreases the amount of glucose absorbed from the food and the amount of glucose made by liver. Metformin also increases the body’s response to insulin.
Teneligliptin is medicated for  Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus .

M.O.A= Metformin belongs to class of medications called antidiabetics.It decreases the amount of glucose absorbed  from the food and the amount ofglucose made by liver. Metformin also increases the body’s response to insulin(a natural substance that controls the amount of glucose in the blood).

Teneligliptin exerts its effect by elevating the release of insulin from the pancreas and depressing the hormones that raise blood sugar levels.

Side Effects– Headache, Hypoglycemia, Upper Respiratory Tract infection
