Cefpodoxime 50Mg

Cefpodoxime is a cephalosporin which exerts its bactericidal action mainly against gram positive organisms by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis. It inhibits transpeptidase & thus prevents cross linking of bacterial cell wall. It is active against enterobacteriaceae, streptococci ,staphylococci aureus, & H. influenzae.
