CHLORPHENIRAMINE MALEATE is used to ease allergy signs.
PHENYLEPHRINE HCL is, used to increase blood pressure and topically as a nasal decongestant and works by reducing swelling of the blood vessels in the nasal passages. DEXTROMETHORPHENHBR contains CYP2D6 inhibitor and a sigma-1 receptor agonist, used for pseudobulbar affect (PBA).
