Diclofenac is a phenyl acetic acid derivative and belonging to the class of NSAID (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug). It is widely preferred medicine for the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.
Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is an analgesic (relieve pain) and antipyretic (reduce fever) drug. It is the most commonly taken analgesic medicine worldwide. Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant, medicated for muscle spasm.
Diclofenac: Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs) having analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. It works mainly by inhibiting Cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2) that promote the synthesis of prostaglandins (a chemical messenger responsible for the generation of pain, inflammation and fever in the body).
Paracetamol: Paracetamol has analgesic (pain killer) and antipyretic (fever reducing) activities. It produces analgesia by blocking chemical messengers in the brain that causes pain and show antipyretic activity by acting on the hypothalamus (a gland present in the brain and is responsible for regulating the body temperature).
Chlorzoxazone works in the brain to ease pain.
