Composition : Atorvastatin 10 mg +Fenofibrate 160 Mg
Description : This medication contains Atrovastatin and Fenofibrate. It also belongs to a group of drugs known as “statins.” They both are used to lower “bad” cholesterol, fats and raise “good” cholesterol (HDL) in the blood.
Atrovastatin reduces the amount of cholesterol, Lowers the bad cholesterol, triglycerides and raising “good” cholesterol decreases the risk of heart disease. It also prevent strokes and heart attacks.
On the other hand Fenofibrate works by increasing the natural substance i.e. enzyme that breaks down fats in the blood.
It also Lowers the triglycerides with very high triglyceride blood levels that may decrease the risk of pancreas disease.
