Dr Best EC Forte is a combination of two medicines Clonazepam and escitalopram which is used in the treatment of Anxiety Disorder.

MOA-

Dr Best EC Forte is a combination of two medicines Clonazepam and escitalopram,which shows its effect on  anxiety-lowering and mood-enhancing. Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine (BZD) which enhances the action of, a chemical messenger( GABA)  that decreases the abnormal activity of the nerve cells in the brain. Escitalopram is selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which increases the levels of chemical messenger( Serotonin) that improves mood.

Side Effects – Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Confusion, Uncoordinated body movements, Drowsiness, Tiredness, Delayed ejaculation, Anorgasmia (decreased orgasm), Low sexual desire, Memory impairment
