We follow a FOFO model where the franchise is owned and operated by the franchisee. You would be the owner of the store and have to manage day to day operations but the company has laid down many protocols and systems to assist you in your day to day activities.
Yes. You can convert your existing retail store to DrBest Pharmacy. We will help you in redesigning the shop as well as integrating systems to run operations smoothly. We will also launch a marketing campaign for the new store in your area.
Yes you can keep products from other companies if they are not available with DrBest. DrBest will provide you with a catalog of all available DrBest products but you are free to keep non-DrBest products.
No, there is no minimum or maximum shop size. Shop size is determined on a case by case basis depending on multiple factors such as location, size of investment, foot traffic etc. Our expert team will be at your disposal in helping you decide the ideal shop size for you.
The only franchise fee that we charge is 30,000 rupees as a one-time only franchise fee. We invest this fee in the design and branding of your store .We don’t have any royalty fees.
We take care of all the interior and exterior branding of the store.We will cover the costs of exterior main board, the interior branding, 5000 pamphlets, branded envelopes and other stationery items. We also run a digital marketing campaign for each of our franchisees.

No, DrBest will not provide a drug license but the company will issue a letter of authorisation, granting franchisee the rights to apply for a drug retail license under the “DrBest Pharmacy” trademark name.
No, if you already have a drug license then you need not get another one but then the outer board of the shop will have both DrBest branding and the name on the drug license.
The franchise agreement is valid for 1 year from the date of signing. Franchise agreement can be extended after the end of 1 year. All charges for extension of franchise agreement will be borne by the company itself.
While we directly do not provide financial assistance for opening the store, we will help you in availing business loans from our trusted NBFC partners. To ease up the financial burden we also offer flexible payment plans which can be discussed more on a case by case basis.
